Fraccionamiento de Los Lobos
Subdivision Rancho Los Lobos, brought to you by Theo Agustin Spurlock
Fraccionamiento Los Lobos still has over 850 acres of four to eighteen acre lots for sale. Of the original 250 lots, 165 were sold 25 years ago, we have recently decided to sell the rest. They are located in the Sierra Madre Occidental (Mexico's main mountain range) 30 miles due West of Durango city at an elevation of 7876 ft. A perfect place to enjoy both: the beauty of nature in the pine trees, with the conveniences of a modern city nearby, and less than four hours away from the sunny beaches of Mazatlan. This is the place to come, if you are looking for an incredibly beautiful place to retire.
